Privacy and getting help

How data is used

Practice data is used to recommend questions, keep learning history and produce progress reports. If a pupil is in a school class on MCQ.SG, the class's authorised teachers can see that pupil's practice history, including independent practice.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The policy also states that children's data is not used to train AI models.

The Outpost

The Outpost is where pupils hear from the MCQ.SG team. Letters are private conversations with the team, for feedback or reporting a problem, and can include images. Notices are announcements, which sometimes include polls. There's no chat between pupils.

Getting help

Send a Letter in The Outpost or email hello@mcq.sg. A screenshot, the page you were on, roughly when it happened and what you expected all help us look into it quickly. Never send us a password.

How do I delete an account?

Email hello@mcq.sg and tell us which account it is so we can find it.
